Improvement to Roadside Drains IV – Contract 3B-5

Improvement to Roadside drains and road raising works to the following locations: Jalan Bukit Merah Areas, Davey Road, Mosque Street, Lower Delta, Alexandra Road, Shenton Way, Synagogue Street, Chestnut Drive, Chatsworth. etc

Major scope of works:

• Demolition of existing box drains
• Construction of 300m of 0.75 to 2.00m wide by 3.00m depth U Drains including temporary sheeting piling work
• Construction of 5600m of 0.75-2.00m width Box Drains and box culverts @3.5m depth including temporary sheeting piling work
• Construction of drain beside existing houses and properties in close proximity and with PRO engagement with residents and public
• Relocation, demolition and reconstruction of partial pedestrian overhead bridge at Shenton way
• Road works including resurfacing and raising.
