Part 1: Construction of ABC Waters at Kallang River-St. Andrew’s School
- To construct a 2-meter paving with lamp posts and stainless-steel railings to be constructed along the river;
- Pre-cast lookout decks overlooking the river and landscaping on both sides of the riverbanks;
- Vegetated Swales and Rain Garden as key features of ABC;
- Park furniture along the paving and community plaza;
- Shelters with outdoor magnetic boards and seatings;
- To design and fabricate an art sculpture
